Switzerland supports the research program and has a seat in the board

UN special programme on research in sexual and reproductive health and rights

SDC Mid March, the 31. Board meeting of the Human Reproduction Programme (HRP) took place in Geneva. HRP’s mandate is to promote, coordinate, support, conduct and evaluate research in sexual and reproductive health and rights, with particular focus on developing countries. The programme is hosted and executed by WHO and co-sponsored by UNFPA, UNICEF, the World Bank, UNDP and WHO. Numerous observers, including Medicus Mundi Switzerland, participated in the Board meeting. Switzerland, through SDC, supports HRP with CHF 1.25 Mio annually and has a seat in the Board.
