Bei gesundheitsspezifischen Interventionen oder bei Interventionen in anderen Sektoren, die auch Auswirkungen auf die Gesundheit der Menschen haben? – Die Antworten auf eine von Medicus Mundi Schweiz durchgeführte Umfrage ergeben ein sehr vielfältiges Bild.

| Mit Aufforstungen wird die Lebensgrundlage der Bevölkerung im Sahelgebiet im Norden Benins nachhaltig verbessert. Bäume schützen vor Erosion und geben Erträge in Form von Früchten oder Nüssen. Manche Blätter können als Viehfutter verwendet werden oder machen den Boden fruchtbar.

Des coopératives villageoises mènent des actions de promotion pour la santé. Les dépenses afférentes sont couvertes par la vente des produits de reboisements villageois. La Fondation a financé les outils, pompes et clôtures pour les pépinières.
