The Afro European Medical and Research Network (AEMRN) in collaboration with it
partners will be organising two medical workcamps with mobile clinics the summer. AEMRN addresses its core mandate by sharing experiences and knowledge with communities in need, and reaching out to populations living in resource limited and hard to reach areas through a powerful and diverse volunteering programme in Kenya and Zambia.

The AEMRN annual Strategic Planning Symposium on “Innovative Tools and Strategies to tackle the Acute Shortage of Health Workers in Low-Income Countries” will take place at: Universal Postal Union conference complex in Bern Switzerland from 23rd to the 24th September, 2010. A great emphasis on Sub-Saharan Countries carrying more than 60 % of the burden of the acute shortage of health workers globally will be the highlight of the meeting.
