I wonder what this looks like now, in November 2006? Are goals being accomplished? Does it appear that there has been no reduction of necessary hospital services? Are budgetary considerations being realized? Does it appear reasonable sustainability is possible? Are Dispensaries being "ramped up" to the Health Center level sufficiently so that necessary resources are in place? Is the desired impact on mortality and morbidity being realized? Are volunteer and full-time staffing needs being met? Are contributions to overall program sufficient? An update would be appreciated.
