Guttmacher Policy Review During the years of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) the field of the sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) were sidelined. In the new agenda of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) the SRHR are explicitly recognized as integrally important in order to achieving the larger goals.
