Swiss TPH The successful manager should be able to induce change management processes in institutions. Therefore, the aim of this course is to allow participants to contribute to change in their chosen institution or area of influence and to use the new knowledge and skills acquired through other courses of the programme. The selected project must meet the professional interests of the participant and the needs of the institution he/she is working for. It is strongly recommended that participant’s seek approval from the employer before embarking on the proposed project. We are aware that this may not always be possible. The course coordinators will support participants upon request in discussions with their employer. Preparation phase: 13 September -22 October 2021; Virtual seminar tuition phase: 25-29 October 2021; Post tuition phase (self-directed): 1 November -24 December 2021 (10 ECTS)
