Invitation Public Webinar
Graduate Institute Geneva Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are the leading cause of premature death globally. With their inclusion in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the recently announced UN Decade of Action on Nutrition, a window of opportunity for change is emerging. However, addressing NCDs also requires strong local health systems, access to effective and affordable treatment, intersectorial action, and responsible practices of private sector actors. The Global Health Centre invites you to join a webinar discussion with Alessandro Demaio and Alena Matzke to explore the multi-faceted challenges of NCDs and the urgent actions needed to curb their economic and social impact.
