SRC Concept Nutrition

SRC Is malnutrition an issue in your project area? The International Cooperation management of SRC has approved a concept document on how we can strengthen nutrition interventions in disaster management and health programming. 45 percent of all child deaths worldwide are linked to undernutrition. Obesity, in turn, is a public health concern not only in developed countries, but growingly also in low and middle income countries, contributing to the rise of non-communicable diseases. SRC programmes tackle malnutrition in various ways, as the concept shows.
