Switzerland lures rich, powerful foreigners into their hospitals - is that morally justifiable?

The hospitals are seizing themselves up for rich foreign patients, who cannot be adequately cared for in their home countries due to poor health systems. Negative consequences: The urgently needed money is lacking in the countries of origin to improve their own health care.
