Implementation Research in Switzerland: The Way Forward for a Better International Health Cooperation

At the end of September 2017, the research team of the Institute of Social and Preventive Medicine at the Bern University has concluded its Situation Analysis on “Implementation Research of Swiss NGOs Working in the Field of International Health Cooperation”. The study was mandated by the Network Medicus Mundi Switzerland. 

The workshop provides an opportunity to discuss the findings of the situation analysis with the authors of the study and to get a closer view on implementation research concept.

Aims of the workshop

  1. All participants get familiar with the implementation research concept
  2. The participants understand the results of the study and learn about possibilities to work with it in their own institution.
  3. The IR-platform members develop a working plan for their activities
